My philosophy

My coaching will support you in creating calm, peaceful and healthy relationships as you navigate divorce or uncoupling. I have been through divorce myself as a parent and found tools that were potent and practical in navigating the relationship with my co-parent. We now have a relationship I am proud of. I believe that we can all have the relationships of our dreams, even with our ex. My focus is child-centered, kind & firm at the same time, and focused on mutual respect.

I offer a hybrid model of Co-Active coaching and consultation. My consultation services are founded in Adlerian Psychology, Positive Discipline, social neuroscience and more science-backed relationship tools. I love science. I love personal development. I am an active learner and am always adding tools to my repertoire.

Co-Active

Co-Active is a training institute for leadership/life coaching. The certification (CPCC) requires 125+ hours of training plus 100+ hours of practice. This robust program is accredited though the International Coaching Federation.

The Co-Active Framework is an ethos and mindset that helps people stretch their sightlines, get out of their comfort zones, and grow in a way that permeates every aspect of their lives.

Co-Active is a way to better understand our journey through life and a methodology for designing our life’s purpose and calling. Co-Active helps us rediscover the courage to be who we want to be and create what we want to see. We believe leadership does not have a finish line — it’s a lifelong journey, and every person’s path is unique. Co-Active is a contextual lens through which one can experience life and leadership from different orientations.
